Ingredients
- 3 yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Blue Plate mayonnaise
- Boudreaux's Backyard Prime Beef and Chop seasoning, to taste
- 1 tbsp. chopped chives
- Chips, for dipping
Directions
- Cook onions in butter and oil over low heat until caramelized. Add Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine.
- Into a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, caramelized onions, and Prime Beef and Chop seasoning, mix well.
- Chill for at least an hour.
