Return Policy

All Boudreaux's Backyard LLC food sales are final. Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns.

If your product arrived damaged please contact us at support@boudreauxsbackyard.com within 48 hours of arrival for a replacement. Please have photos ready of how your package arrived and its contents.

Boudreaux's Backyard Merchandise Return Policy

1. Return Period: You can return items purchased from Boudreaux's Backyard within 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Procedure for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@boudreauxsbackyard.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds: Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@boudreauxsbackyard.com and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
6. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 hours Monday-Friday to process your order. Items will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method.

You will be sent tracking via email or text message. Estimated shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Salt, black pepper and garlic are common in most of them however each seasoning is different. Individual ingredient list are attached to each description.

Currently the low and slow simmer is the only salt free option. 

Ensure the caps are closed and store them in a cool dark place like a pantry or spice drawer.
