IngredientsÂ
- 1 lb. ground lambÂ
- 1 lb. ground beefÂ
- 3 sprigs oregano 3 sprigs thymeÂ
- 2 tbs parsleyÂ
- SaltÂ
- Black pepperÂ
- CuminÂ
Tzatziki sauceÂ
- 2 cp yogurtÂ
- 1/2 cucumber 1/2 peeled and deseededÂ
- 3 tbs parsleyÂ
- 1 lemon juicesÂ
- SaltÂ
- PepperÂ
- 3 cloves garlic    Â
Directions
- Mix meat with fine chopped thyme and oregano. Season to taste with salt pepper and cumin. Add in minced garlic and mix well to combineÂ
- Form meat onto skewers. I used these jumbo skewers, but you can use the normal ones.Â
- Grill on a hot grill set up for direct cooking.Â
- Make sauce by combing ingredients.
