Andouille Queso

Ready to take your tailgating game to the next level? Try this creamy, cheesy, and spicy Andouille Queso! Made with smoked andouille sausage, a mix of cream cheese, pepper jack, Velveeta, and a kick of Blue Plate Hot & Spicy Mayonnaise, this dip is perfect for any game day or gathering.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 link smoked andouille sausage, quartered
  • 1 8 oz. block cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 8 oz. block pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz. Velveeta Original cheese, cubed (1/2 block)
  • 8 oz. Velveeta Queso Blanco, cubed (1/2 block)
  • 1/4 cup Blue Plate Hot & Spicy Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies

  • 1 fresh jalapeno, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Grill andouille in black iron skillet until nicely browned; remove skillet from heat.
  2.  Add remaining ingredients to skillet and place it back on the grill, stirring occasionally until everything is fully melted and combined into a smooth queso.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy with chips or your favorite dipping snack.
  4. Get crunk and enjoy this tailgating favorite!
