Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab claws, picked
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tsp. creole mustard
- Boudreaux's Backyard Fire & Smoke Creole Seasoning, to taste
- 8 oz. whole baby Bella mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 2 tbsp garlic butter (regular butter is also fine)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix crab claws, green onions, mayo, mustard, and seasoning in medium bowl.
- Fill mushrooms with crab mixture and place on oven-safe pan. Add knob of butter to center of pan, drizzle wine and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and baste mushroom tops with butter from pan. Bake additional 10 minutes.
