Ingredients

• 1 16 oz package of strawberries
• 8 golden Oreo cookies
• 1/2 cup of freeze dried strawberries
• 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 5 tbsp heavy cream
• 2 cups flour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1-3/4 cup milk
• 4 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 large egg

Directions

1. Make crumble by blending Oreos and freeze dried strawberries in a food processor. Reserve for garnish.
2. Puree cleaned and destemmed strawberries until smooth.
3. Make glaze my mixing powdered sugar, cream and 4 tbsp strawberry puree.
4. Make pancakes by mixing all other dry ingredients. Then mix in all other wet ingredients until combined.
5. Melt butter in a pan and cook pancakes until edges are crispy. Flip and repeat.
6. Stack desired pancakes and cover with glaze and crumble.
