Brisket Eggrolls

Take your snack game up a notch with these awesome Smoked Brisket Eggrolls! Packed with the mouthwatering smoky flavor of brisket and wrapped in a crispy shell, these eggrolls are a perfect mix of BBQ and Asian eats. Each bite is crunchy, savory, and totally delicious.   • 1 cup smoked brisket, chopped
  • BBQ sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
  • Boudreaux's Backyard Fire & Smoke Creole seasoning, to taste
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • Pickled pepper relish, to taste
  • 1/2 block cream cheese, softened
  • Eggroll wrappers



  1. Stir first 7 ingredients together to combine.
  2. Add some of the mixture to each wrapper and roll to secure.
  3. Fry at 350 until golden brown.
