Garlic Parm Wings with Blue Plate

Game day just got a whole lot tastier with these Garlic Parmesan Wings made with Blue Plate Mayonnaise and Boudreaux's Backyard Fire & Smoke Creole seasoning! Crispy, buttery, and packed with flavor—these wings are the perfect addition to your lineup!

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings and Blue Plate mayonnaise. Season with Boudreaux's Backyard Fire & Smoke Creole seasoning and granulated garlic to taste. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, crushed garlic, and chopped parsley. Set aside.
  3. Grill wings indirectly until fully cooked. Then move wings directly over the fire to achieve the perfect crispy texture.
  4. Transfer wings to a large bowl, toss with some of the garlic butter mixture, and then add grated parmesan. Toss again and serve hot!
