Ingredients
- 1 rack of lamb, frenched
- Prime Beef & Chop Seasoning, to taste
- 1 tbsp Creole mustard
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. Low and Slow Simmer Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Remove any silver skin from rack of lamb, season with Prime Beef and Chop Seasoning.
- Sear meat in oven-safe pan over medium-high heat; remove from heat and set aside.
- Add Mustard and Crust:
- Brush the lamb with Creole mustard.
- On a cookie sheet, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Low and Slow Simmer Seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
- Dredge the lamb in the panko mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the meat to create a crust.
- Place the crusted lamb back into the oven-safe pan, fat side up. Bake at 350°F until it reaches your desired level of doneness (about 15–25 minutes for medium-rare, depending on the thickness of the rack).
- Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Slice and serve!
