Ingredients
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
- 1 loaf focaccia bread
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- Assorted Italian deli meats (mortadella, salami, ham, bacon)
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Dash of red wine vinegar
- Thinly sliced tomato
- Banana pepper rings

Directions
- Make the Aioli: In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, lemon juice, garlic, and Blue Plate Mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Build the Sliders: Split focaccia bread and spread the aioli generously on both sides. Layer 3 slices of provolone per side and pile on your meats. Close the sandwich and wrap in foil.
- Melt & Toast: Place on the grill or in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and bread is toasty.
- Finish & Slice: Unwrap, then top with lettuce, a dash of vinegar, tomato slices, banana peppers, and a sprinkle of Lil’ Bit Better Creole Seasoning.
- Cut into shareable slider squares and serve with extra roasted red pepper aioli for dipping.
