Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage diced
- 6 strips bacon
- 3 links smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 small onions, diced
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1-2 drops of liquid crab boil
- Boudreaux's Fire and Smoke Seasoning

Directions
- Dice up bacon and add to a heavy bottom pan on low. Slowly let the fat render out.
- Once almost cooked add in smoked sausage until browned.
- Add in diced onions and cook until soft then add garlic and butter.
- Deglaze pan with 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Add in cabbage as much as you can. Add on lid and allow to cook down while continuing to add in cabbage till it all fits.
- Season to taste and serve.
