Wagyu Beef Brisket

Get ready to indulge in a tender, melt-in-your-mouth experience that'll transport your taste buds to heaven. From the delicate marbling to the smoky flavor, this Wagyu beef brisket is the epitome of indulgence!
Ingredients
  • Brisket
  • Salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
Directions
  1. Trim brisket to remove soft fats and hard pieces. This is variable depending on how you like.
  2. Season liberally with kosher salt and fresh black pepper.
  3. Set smoker to cook on indirect and add wood of your desire.
  4. Place trimmings in a small saucepan with a couple tablespoons of water and cook over low heat to render down fat.
  5. Once bark forms on brisket, wrap with butcher's paper after coated with rendered fat.
  6. This is a completely optional step by the way. It’s just what felt like doing since I had extra Wagyu beef fat.
  7. Cook until you can insert a probe with little resistance.
  8. Set in a small foam cooler or ice chest to rest for 1-2 hours.
  9. Slice and enjoy!!
