IngredientsÂ
- 1 can RotelÂ
- 1 lb. Velveeta originalÂ
- 1 lb. Velveeta white quesoÂ
- 1 block cream cheeseÂ
- 1/2-pint heavy creamÂ
- 1/2 cp green onion
- 2 tbsp parsleyÂ
- 1 lb. andouilleÂ
- 1 small onion medium dicedÂ
- BBQ seasoningÂ
Directions
- Remove skin from andouille and crumble up. Rough chop.Â
- Set smoker up on indirect at about 300. Render down andouille in a cast iron pan. Once fat renders slightly, add in onion. Cook until onion is soft and almost clear.Â
- Add in remaining ingredients and cook until everything is melted.Â
- Stir to combine.
