Boiled Shrimp Deviled Eggs

For a seafood spin on the classic deviled egg, these Boiled Shrimp Deviled Eggs pack a flavorful punch. With a touch of heat from Blue Plate Hot & Spicy mayonnaise and the savory seasoning of a seafood boil, they make the perfect appetizer for game day or any special occasion.

  1. Prepare the eggs: Cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and press them through a medium-fine sieve into a bowl for a smoother texture.
  2. Season and mix: Season the yolks with your favorite seafood boil seasoning. Add the Blue Plate Hot & Spicy mayonnaise and the juice of 1/2 a lemon to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fill the eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
  1. Top with shrimp: Place shrimp on top of the filled eggs.
