Ingredients
- 7 boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
- 1/3 cup Blue Plate Hot & Spicy mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon
- Seafood boil seasoning, to taste
Directions
- Prepare the eggs: Cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and press them through a medium-fine sieve into a bowl for a smoother texture.
- Season and mix: Season the yolks with your favorite seafood boil seasoning. Add the Blue Plate Hot & Spicy mayonnaise and the juice of 1/2 a lemon to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Fill the eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
