This Cajun corn is everything dreams are made of! Make sure to try this one out!!!
- 6 ears sweet corn
- 1 stick butter
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Blackening seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
- In cast iron or large saucepan, heat up 1 stick butter until frothy.
- Add in shallots, green onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
- Add in corn and season well. Cook until kernels soften and brown.
- Plate and pour melted butter all over. Fresh grate Parmesan over top and garnish with parsley.
