- 10 cloves fresh garlic peeled
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 pint honey
- Add peeled garlic to jar with red pepper flakes and honey.
- Let sit in a cool dark place for a month. Every few days flip the jar. When it’s right side up make sure to loosen the lid so that the pressure from fermentation can escape. It’d be good to keep this on a small dish to catch any spill over.
- Drizzle over anything that can use a bit of sweet spice.
