LA Seafood Boil

Life needs Louisiana flavor!!! That’s why I only boil with Louisiana Fish Fry brand boiling products. Crawfish season will be wrapping up shortly so get in a couple more boils before they're gone until next season. I’m going all out today adding Dungeness crab and shrimp!!! So go ahead and bring the taste of Louisiana home!!
Ingredients
  • 1 sack of crawfish 🦞
  • 5 lbs. Dungeness crabs 🦀
  • 5 lbs. shrimp 🦐
  • 1 bag La dry boil
  • 1/2 bag La Cajun Fire 🔥
  • 1/2 bottle La liquid crab boil
  • 1 bag La garlic boil booster
  • 1 bag La citrus boil booster
  • 6 large onions
  • 6 heads garlic
  • 1 bag lemons
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 bunch celery
  • Sausage
  • Corn
  • Potatoes
  • Mushrooms
Directions
  1. Clean crawfish and remove trash and dead crawfish. Flush until water is clear and let them sit in clean water for 1 hour.
  2. Add in all vegetables, seasonings and citrus to pot and bro g to boil.
  3. Add in potatoes and boil until tender.
  4. Add in boil boosters then add crawfish. Bring up to a boil for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Add in crab and bring back to a boil. Add in corn, mushrooms and sausage. Once boiling add in shrimp and let simmer for 30 seconds before removing fire.
  5. Let soak until crawfish sink and shrimp shells start to pop away from the meat.
