Ingredients

  • 8 peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 store-bought foldable pie crust

 

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Create a bacon lattice and set it aside.
  3. Place the pie crust in a cast iron skillet, spreading it to the edges.
  4. Pour the peach filling onto the crust, then lay the bacon lattice on top.
  5. Smoke the pie on your grill at 350°F for 2.5 hours. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
