Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 link smoked sausage, cubed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs. red potatoes, diced
- Boudreaux's Backyard Fire & Smoke Creole Seasoning, to taste
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
Directions
- Heat black iron skillet over medium heat. Add butter to melt, then add smoked sausage and onion. Allow to sauté about 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
